Settings menu, Send feedback and release notes

• A Settings gear now sits at the bottom left of every dashboard.
• Send feedback in the Settings menu lets you tell us what is wrong or missing without leaving the page.
• Settings → Updates lists what changed in each update, newest first.
• After an update, the first page you open shows a short "Update installed" note that closes by itself.
• Sales and Receivables settings moved from the page list into the Settings menu.
